General

The installation must be carried out correctly according to the user manual.

MyGregor products are not related to your professional activities and are strictly for personal use.

DO NOT use the device in case of storm, strong or hurricane wind.

DO NOT insert objects, body parts, other people's bodies or animals into the opening that forms between the window and the window frames.

DO NOT expose the product to direct sunlight, excessive heat, open flame, corrosive gases, moisture or dust. This may create a risk of electric shock, short circuit or fire. It may also damage the product and / or render it unusable.

The device can be used in places with ambient temperatures between 0 ° C and 35 ° C. You can store the device in an ambient temperature between -20 ° C and 50 ° C.

DO NOT place the product near chemicals or in places where a chemical spill may occur. In particular, organic solvents or liquids can melt or deform the housing and / or cables, creating a risk of fire or electric shock. They can also cause malfunctions or discoloration of the product.

Electrical connection

Always use a properly installed socket with electrical surge protection.

Make sure that the parameters on the rating plate are compatible with the electrical data of the grid.

The power supply is provided for internal use only.

Use only the power adapters that came with the product.

DO NOT use the power cord to pull or plug in the power outlet; grasp the plug by hand.

DO NOT hold the plug with wet hands. This may cause an electric shock.

DO NOT use the device with wet hands while charging. This may cause an electric shock.

DO NOT bend or damage the power cord. This may result in electric shock or fire.

DO NOT connect the positive and negative terminals of the charger directly together. This may cause a fire or serious injury.

Always check that the plug is fully inserted.

Avoid contact of the end of the charging cable and the small end of the charger with conductive materials such as liquids, dust, metal dust and pencil graphite. Do not touch the charging cable with sharp tools nor strike the charging cable.

This product must be connected to an AC power source within the range indicated on the rating plate. DO NOT plug it into a DC power source or inverter. If you are unsure, consult a qualified electrician.

DO NOT use the product if the power cord is worn or damaged. This may cause electric shock or fire.

DO NOT use a battery other than the one offered by MyGregor.

DO NOT allow any liquids to come in contact with the plug or the socket.

Product service

DO NOT attempt to service the product yourself, as opening it may expose you to dangerous voltages and other risks, as well as void your warranty. If you encounter problems with the product, contact MyGregor Customer Service.

If the product is dropped or its housing is damaged, there is a possibility of electric shock. Unplug the product from the electrical outlet and contact MyGregor Customer Service.

If water, other liquids or metal objects enter the product, unplug it immediately and contact MyGregor Customer Service.

If the product becomes unusually hot, emits smoke or a strong odor, or if you accidentally spill liquid on it, unplug it immediately. Contact MyGregor Customer Service.

If the product does not work properly when following the operating instructions, adjust only those controls that are described in the operating instructions. Improper regulation of other controls can lead to damage and usually requires a lot of work from a qualified technician to restore the product to normal operation.

Product warranty and liability

Nothing in this manual affects the existing product warranty and cannot be construed as providing an additional product warranty. Failure to follow the safety instructions in this manual may void the product warranty.

DO NOT use the product near water, such as a bathtub, sink or washing machine, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool.

Use only the power cord that came with the product.

Power failure of the device

This product must be mounted next to an electrical outlet that is easily accessible. In an emergency, you must unplug the power cord to disconnect the power completely.
